How it works
Homeowner submits county + job type (panel repair, rescreen, storm, new cage).
We send the match to on-call partners covering that county.
You accept, pay the per-job fee, get the homeowner contact, follow up fast, do the work, leave.
Pricing (v1 — pay per matched job)
Panel / repair match
$29 / job
One panel, door screen, or small repair. Shared with up to two on-call partners unless you buy exclusive.
Rescreen / storm match
$59 / job
Full or multi-panel rescreen, storm damage scopes. Same shared rule.
New cage match
$149 / job
New enclosure / structural aluminum work. Specialty license required for these jobs.
Founding partners: first 2 matched jobs free per county while we prove lead quality. Optional exclusive unlock on a single job: add $40 (repair) / $60 (rescreen) / $100 (new cage). No monthly fee until you are already closing work and ask for a reserved seat.
Requirements
Insurance required. Florida structural aluminum / screen enclosure specialty license (or qualifying GC/specialty) only when you take new-cage or structural jobs — not for simple panel repair or like-for-like rescreen alone.
General liability; COI on request.
You cover the county you apply for and follow up the same day when possible.
